All our orders are gift wrapped in an Odilia Ferrari box.
Payment
For international orders we only accept payment through Paypal. You do not require a paypal account in order to use your credit or debit card: just click on Paypal and then the pay by credit card option.

Shipping
Processing time
Orders will be processed within 5 business days after payment, or as otherwise notified for special requests, although we try to ship most orders within 2 business days after payment.
Shipping costs
Your order will be sent by Certified mail and, shipping costs, when applied, will be specified before payment. We can also ship Priority mail for a faster delivery. Please let us know your preferences.
Delivery time
It takes about 2-4 days within Spain, 4-8 days within Europe, 8-15 days to the U.S., and 15-30 days to other countries.
Address
If you would like your order to be sent to a different billing address, please specify so. If it’s a gift, a note on your behalf can also be included in the box. Just let us know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within one (1) week of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund it, excluding shipping costs, provided it is in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging.
For a refund, please contact us within three (3) days upon arrival. Please be aware that we do not pay for the returning shipping costs and that we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged returning packages.
